App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NOVA Prompts mobile application (the "App"), operated by NOVA AI Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

NOVA Prompts is a storefront for professionally written AI prompt packs and presentation prompt generators (together, "Prompt Packs"). Prompt Packs are collections of written prompts designed to be used with third-party AI assistants of your choice. Purchased Prompt Packs can be downloaded from the App as PDF or text files.

The App does not include or provide access to an AI assistant. Your use of any third-party AI service is governed by that service's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

2. In-App Purchases

• One-time purchases: Every Prompt Pack is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account, where available) when you confirm the purchase. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Pricing: Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
• Restoring purchases: Your purchases are linked to the account used to buy them and can be restored on other devices signed in to that same account.
• Bundles: Purchasing a bundle does not refund or credit any item in that bundle that you already own. The App shows a notice before you buy a bundle that overlaps with something you own.

3. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and refunds are handled under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

4. Your License to Use Prompt Packs

When you purchase a Prompt Pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal and professional work, including work you carry out for your employer or your clients. Under this license you may:

• Copy the prompts into any AI assistant you use
• Edit and adapt the prompts to suit your own work
• Use, share, and commercially exploit the documents, presentations, analysis, and other output you create with them

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or give away the Prompt Packs or the prompts in them
• Share the Prompt Pack files with other people, including colleagues, or post them publicly
• Publish substantial portions of the prompts, or include them in any prompt library, template collection, course, or product that is offered to others
• Reverse engineer or extract the App's source code

5. Your Inputs and AI Output

We do not see or store anything you type into a third-party AI assistant, or the output it produces. As between you and us, the output you create is yours. You are responsible for what you enter into AI services: do not submit confidential, personal, or client information that you are not permitted to share with a third-party service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all Prompt Packs — including prompts, frameworks, text, graphics, and design — are the intellectual property of NOVA AI Academy. Your purchase grants you the license described in Section 4 and does not transfer ownership of any content.

7. Disclaimer

The results you get from a Prompt Pack depend on the AI assistant you use, the information you provide, and how you apply the output. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and you should review it before relying on it. Prompt Packs and their output do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App and Prompt Packs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, the Prompt Packs, or any output created with them. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and NOVA AI Academy, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

10. Termination

We may restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms. If your license ends because of a violation, you must stop using the Prompt Packs and delete any copies of the files. Sections 4 to 8 continue to apply after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
