App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NOVA AI Academy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

NOVA AI Academy is an educational mobile application that provides AI strategy and implementation content through structured case studies, foundational lessons, and industry analysis. The App operates on a freemium model: selected content is available for free, and additional content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers the following purchase options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing subscription billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing subscription billed annually
• 3-Month Access Pass: One-time purchase, expires after 3 months
• 6-Month Access Pass: One-time purchase, expires after 6 months
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase, never expires

All prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

For Monthly and Yearly subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions)
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before purchase. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, graphics, case studies, frameworks, and design — is the intellectual property of NOVA AI Academy. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for individual educational use. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or share App content with others
• Screenshot or reproduce content for public distribution
• Create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or extract the App's source code

6. Educational Disclaimer

All content in the App is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. NOVA AI Academy is not liable for any decisions made based on the content provided. Individual results from applying any frameworks or strategies may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NOVA AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access premium content is revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
