How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Go to Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → NOVA AI Academy → Cancel or change plan.
On Android: Go to Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NOVA AI Academy → Cancel or change plan.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app and navigate to the upgrade/paywall screen. Tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.
What content is free?
The first lesson in each of the three tracks (Foundations, Case Studies, Industry Analysis) is available for free. Upgrade to PRO to unlock all content in every track.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The NOVA AI Academy app does not require sign-up or login. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account automatically.
The app is crashing or not loading content
Please try the following: close and reopen the app, make sure your device is on the latest OS version, and check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us at nova-ai-academy@japanhire.tokyo with your device model and iOS/Android version.
