Where do I find the packs I bought?

Open the app and go to your Library. Every pack you have bought is listed there, and you can download each one as a PDF or text file.

From the download options you can save the file to the Files app or open it in another app on your device.

How do I use the prompts?

Open a pack and copy the first prompt into the AI assistant you already use. Where a prompt asks for details about your situation, add them before sending.

Work through the prompts in the order given. Later prompts build on the answers to earlier ones, so following the sequence gives the strongest results. Always review the output before you rely on it.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to your Library, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

I already own one generator. Should I buy the bundle?

Usually not. The Complete Presentation Bundle contains both the PowerPoint Generator and the Presentation Script Generator. The App Store does not offer upgrade pricing, so if you already own one generator, the bundle is charged at its full price and the item you own is not refunded.

In that case it is normally cheaper to buy the other generator on its own. The app shows a notice before you buy a bundle that overlaps with something you already own.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The NOVA Prompts app does not require sign-up or login. Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account automatically.

The app is crashing or a pack will not download

Please try the following: close and reopen the app, make sure your device is on the latest OS version, and check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us at nova-ai-academy@japanhire.tokyo with your device model, iOS/Android version, and the name of the pack.
