This Privacy Policy describes how NOVA AI Academy ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the NOVA AI Academy mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

The NOVA AI Academy App is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• No account or sign-in required. You can use the App without providing any personal information such as your name, email, or phone number.
• Purchase data: If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play) processes your payment. We do not receive or store your payment details such as credit card numbers. We receive a transaction receipt to verify your purchase status.
• Device identifiers: We may receive an anonymous identifier from Apple or Google to manage your subscription status via our payment provider, RevenueCat.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier to validate purchases. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Processes all payments. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

Any information processed is used solely to:

• Verify and manage your subscription or purchase status
• Unlock content you have purchased within the App
• Improve App performance and fix bugs

We do NOT: sell your data, send marketing emails, track your location, or share information with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

The App stores your purchase status locally on your device using standard on-device storage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. Subscription validation is handled securely between your device, Apple/Google, and RevenueCat.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect personal data requiring an account, there is generally no personal data for us to delete. However, you have the right to:

• Request information about any data we may hold
• Request deletion of any data associated with your device
• Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Settings or Google Play

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
